we are back with a popup, this time we celebrate the wheat we get from our friends from Habeker Hof to produce our noodles.
They welcome you to their farm to celebrate their important work with heirloom varieties, like the Eglfinger Zimbern. It’s a great opportunity to see just how vital it is to cultivate and preserve these unique heirloom vegetables.
We will be there serving small portions of cold refreshing yuzu noodles, to highlight the noodle itself.
The Habeker Hof has a special program lined up for the whole family! They’ll be serving their famous pizza, and you can even join a workshop to grind your own flour and bake pancakes with it. And that’s not all—we can’t wait to see you there!
