Together with glitch bookstore, we are delighted to welcome authorSevda Deniz Karali to Munich for a reading from her debut novel Hayatın Tüm Haziranları (‘All the Junes of Life’)!
The book tells the love story of two women* in Istanbul—navigating friendship and desire, family secrets, and the courage to live one’s own truth.
The author beautifully crafts a universal, shared story that connects us all across boundaries of time and space.
Sevda Deniz Karali will read selected passages in Turkish and English, followed by an open conversation.
This will also be a great opportunity to ask questions about daily life in modern-day Turkey, the inspiration behind the book, and what it means to write a story that touches so many hearts.
