Jacob Höppner is a Zurich-based architect and academic.
His architectural work rethinks spatial conventions in both existing and new built contexts, to reframe environments and their cultural meaning.
His projects develop ideas grounded in attitude and expression. Working independently and in collaboration, he integrates design with research and writing.
He is currently co-authoring a forthcoming publication on Crisis, Radical Aesthetics and Architecture (2026).
Jacob has taught and lectured internationally and currently teaches at ETH Zurich.
