Before Maxime ended up in Munich, he cooked alongside Richard at Raymond’s.
We are thrilled that he has now invited his friend over to stand at the stove with him.
Maxime, who hails from Brittany, has been with us for almost a year now. We truly value his energy and passion and are so happy to have him on our team.
Richard, head chef at Raymond’s, has been cooking for 15 years. His cuisine is creative and modern, and he loves combining different flavors and influences.
We are hugely excited to bring his dishes – and a piece of Raymond’s – to Polka for one night.
